live.slider or .numbox in int mode

hi, i’m checking out the new live gui objects. how do people actually use the integer mode?
take a slider e.g. and set it to have 11 steps, going from 0 to 10. setting the “type” to int to get quantized values makes the slider almost uncontrollable. it gets better when pressing cmd (mac) while dragging.
same is true for live.numbox and probably others.
can’t believe that no one has tried this yet, so i guess i’m doing something wrong.

I’ve noticed the same issue. Thanks for bringing it up.
Meanwhile I’m just using the arrow keys…

hm, just discovered the steps parameter. setting this to the number of integer vals i need, seems to help.

In the next incremental, it will behave better with small ranges. Thanks for the example.
