hi, i just want to express my gratitude for live.step. The functionality of this object has been requested for awhile, and it’s great to finally have a MIDI piano roll GUI implemented in Max. My many thanks (ps – live.gain~ is great too! Two meters, two gain~’s, all in one!)

and i think it was mentioned elsewhere but i also like that you can use live.step in a standalone without M4L at all. also great to use live.arrows in conjunction with live.step(saw the ‘left’, ‘right’, ‘up’, ‘down’ messages for live.step, thought i’d have to make some arrow interface or just use those messages, but live.arrows was already there!). (upon searching again and not finding anything, i may have seen someone post something about this on vlad spear’s phasor~ group instead…)
