Hi, new to the LOM here and jumping into API stuff with MFL. So far it's all good but I'm trying to figure out some of the behaviors of both the live.button object and live.text in terms of background color.

Essentially, I have a bare bones patch pasted below, everything working as desired except that some of the live.texts seem to get stuck in green when I just want them to flicker green when pressed. My inspector window for all these objects' color is attached below (and it's identical for each one.) Perhaps this is a naive approach for the behavior I desire, but it still doesn't explain to me why some of them are flickering and others sticking to green. For me, it's the 1st, 3rd and 4th live.text objects that stick and the 2nd and 5th that flicker.

This leads me to wonder if these objects are staying active and the others are not somehow. Curious what would cause this.

They all work fine when the patch is opened in Max. But I've already noticed this behavior with live.button when closing a device after editing and going back to live. One got stuck as it it was a toggle on. You should notify this as a bug. If you do so, tell me, I'll try to get my hands on the device that suffered from this.

Hi, great I just reported this as a bug. I got no confirm email or webpage after I did this. Not sure what the standard is on that. Anyway, thanks much, I linked to this thread in case you have another patch that's doing the same.
