I’m trying to grab a camera, and then stream it directly to a monitor again with the lowest posible delay on a Mac Pro. But i got some different problems i hope somebody can help me with.
1. If i try to put it on a oldschool PAL TV, and i grab it interlaced from the camera, im not able to keep the computer and the TV syncrnized. Sometimes it looks perfect, and sometimes it begins to jump. Looks like the framerate is not constant 25fps.. Any ideas how to solve that?
2. If i want instead to put it on a flat TV or computer monitor (to solve the problem with interlaced), and i want to deinterlace the videostream, how to do? I have seen one topic here on the forum, but the only solution i saw downscaled the image to even only.
3. How to upscale the pal signal to fill out a HD monitor in a nice way? Are there any methods to do nice HD conversion digital in jitter, or do i need a HD converter as a box (or in the tv)?
Hope somebody can help me.

the input is a imaging source grabber. The output from the computer is apple composite adapter directly in the dvi port of the mac pro
