I have built a delay patch that incorparates the transport object to control tempo and time signature, when in patcher mode this works fine as i can double click to open the transport panel, However when i export the patch as an application it is no longer possible to do this. So doe's anybody know how can get it to open automatically?

Have not tried but you'll have to include all dependencies by adding them in the build Script. Or even better: just copy what you need from the GlobalTransport Patch and build in in your patch (right click -> edit on the Global Transport Window
