Looking for a programmer

We are an experiential marketing company located in San Francisco that is working with a gaming company. As a part of a consumer facing exhibit we want to have an interactive video installation. The intention is to have a video content loop playing and have consumer interactions alter that content in some manner. For example, the loop could be playing and the consumer could press a button and the video content could become black and white for a moment. The method of interaction and the types of changes to the video content are flexible and can be refined based on the capabilities of your product. Ideally we would love this to be proximity or motion triggered but that is not a mandatory. We have a fairly short timeline (4-6 weeks) to develop this. We have video content resources and can build and modify the content to fit the specifications, what we lack is the development expertise in your environment.
