For my own as well as the tutorial projects (example: basic mapping tools which has the API 01 STARTERS project) the dropdowns are not remembering the selections. I have max 5.1.9

Obviously an entire premade tutorial patch that says "X-device is selected) and has empty dropdowns with no devices selected means something is broken.

Perhaps this has happened before to someone.
