Hi all,

I’m trying to put together live set which will act as a template for several songs. Each channel runs the same instrument in each song, with different settings and effects. I have saved each of the channels’ instrument and effect settings as an instrument rack, and I can use hot swap to individually change to the next song’s settings – does anyone know of a way of using M4L to automatically select all relevant instrument racks for a particular song, so I don’t have to File>Open a new live set?

Thanks!

if you save the set you can find it in the browser and drag it into your existing set

I know it’s not what you asked for, but I achieve the same sort of thing by modulating the chain selector in an instrument rack
