Machinedrum SPS-1UW MKII generative patch just for fun

December 18, 2008 | 10:50 pm

that’s a long patch!

unfotunately, seems to be missing an abstraction bpm2ms. it’s fairly straight forward to patch that in, but i just thought i’d let you know.

thanks for the share,

Oh yeh, I forgot the bpm2ms. This is from the RTC library. You need the RTC library installed from http://www.essl.at/works/rtc.html

Also a midi info object is needed to find your soundcard from the pulldown menu. I forgot to include the midi info object on the top level.

I’ll update that soon.

Nice and interesting patch – it does recognise my soundcard, but
still no sound. Do you know where the problem could be?

Assuming you have connected your soundcard to your Machinedrum SPS-1UW MKII, you will need to save a copy of the patch to your computer and open it from there, as there are some loadbangs included in the patch.

It will not work properly with Machinedrum MK1 because the midi mapping is slightly different I think.

Try that.
