magic stick selection

magic stick selection

hi all, basically here it’s what i would like to do: in a static image make a selection like with photoshop’s magic stick, then copy it , eventually ratate or distort it and paste in a jit.lcd..some help?..

I would start out something like this I expect…
Wouldn’t know how to do the ‘contiguous’ mode in photoshop though..
