I am trying to write user triggered images from qt.grab into a matrix, and then export them from the matrix and have them read into a matrixset for easily cueing up after they have been captured.

The problem I am having deals with how matrixset works (I think).

It will work for a single frame, but as soon as I export a new frame and read it into the matrixset, the previous matrix in the set turns black.

I am dynamically adding matrices to the matrixset, but the only ones that show up upon sending "outputmatrix $1" to the set, is the very last one that was read into it.

As the patch works above, I am using a quick time object to send jpegs to the matrixset instead of just reading in the jxf files from the matrix, but I tried that way before and no dice.

And I am properly incrementing the index count. Give it a shot and let me know what you folks think.

changing the matrixcount attribute clears out the matrixset. just set it to a large number and don't changes it dynamically. or re-read in all previous matrices after changing the count.

Now will just the fact that I posted this question in the forums be grounds for the inclusion of your concise line of wisdom in the next update to the documentation? Or would there be a separate "suggestion box" type area somewhere else on this site?
