MAX 6 3rd party externals?

MAX 6 3rd party externals?

I sort of remember that when MAX6 was released, there was a C74 note telling that even if max5 3rd party externals would work OK inside of max6, the developers could/should rewrite them so that they work better in max6 (was it due to the 64bit thing? did it apply only to audio objects? I don’t remember)

Anyhow I haven’t seen (my fault maybe) many announcements about max6 ports of 3rd party externals. Are there any? is there some place a list of those which are ported?

i bet you need to check it from the authors of each 3rd party externals. I think most of them will take some time to be ported on max6, since most of them should do ok as is to begin with, and since the porting of a 3rd party external from a max N version to a max N+1 version has always taken time. As for a list of those which are ported, i don’t know of such a thing… in maxobjects.com maybe ?
