Max and the WEB

I have an application in MAX and I want to post it on the WEB. Any suggestions are welcome since I am new to this.

Pretty sure what you do is to post the patch and ask that users install the Runtime, or make a standalone app and post it as a zip file.

There are the share pages on this c74 site. That is the ideal place unless you create your own site…
At the moment they seem not accessible though, labeled “coming soon”…

or, you could even try a dropbox or other internet sharing service. or even although those 2 are less good considering you have to pay for the program to stay online for longer.

dropbox is good, as you get 2gb for free. the thing you could then do is post the link to where it would be downloaded from.

but then again, there is no better thing to have than have a website, even a free one. try searching for free web hosting. you do have a limit to what space you can fit on, but if you use runtime collectives, they are much less than an application…
