<p>I´ve had this problem on another PC too&#8230; The Answer from MAX-MSP-Support: Delete Userdata&#8230; </p>
<p>Here are some Max-Userfiles&#8230; What files i´ve to delete, to starting Max?</p>

						<p>I *believe* you just delete the entire folder (Max 5 Preferences Files), and when you restart Max, it&#8217;ll create the folder again. But someone from C74 should probably confirm this. </p>
<p>If you&#8217;ve customized any of the pref files, save a copy, otherwise just start fresh.</p>
