I would like to make max msp run as a standalone on an iPad or or similar tablet - is that possible? and if yes how? Can a tablet run the complex algorithms of sounds I design in max map? what is the limit? Do I need a laptop in the loop? (I'd like to avoid it if at all possible).

And if I can run max msp on a tablet, then can I also make the tablet read the OSC messages from the xOSC prototyping board?
