Max Timing

I’m sure this is more simple than I’m trying to make it….

What is the best way of having a timed event within Max? i.e. play a sinewave which starts 30 seconds after a bang message which then plays for 30 seconds and then stops?

I’ve got various combinations of delay~ and metro~ objects but am not sure how to achieve the “play for 30 seconds” bit.

Thanks

p.

Ah, I see. That’s a bit more elegant than what I have (thanks for the clocker suggestion, I had missed that one…)
