I'm working on a patch that sends and receives control data to/from to Automap. This all works fine except one thing. If I update Automap from Max, Automap registers the change but does not update the [ctlin] in Max. (The setup is; [ctlin 22 1] from automap controls parameter X in patch. In another window of the patch I use Max messages to change the same controller in automap [ctlout 22 1]). The problem is that [ctlin 22 1] does not update until I move the pot on my nocturn. Does anyone know how to make the midi go straight through the nocturn and update Max??
