Max5 Bug – Clipping doesn't like subfolders

In Max 4.x I used to organize my clippings into subfolders, which Max handled very well. Now if I try to save a clipping into a subfolder under Maxt, it crashes. Not only that, simply moving a clipping into a subfolder through Finder while Max5 is open will crash the program.

Mac OS10.4.11 1.8Ghz Intel Core Duo MBP.

What’s a clipping? A literal picture clipping with the icon of an umbrella, or an audio or video clipping?

Also, I just found out that if the folder exists (under patches->clippings) *before* I start Max5, it will work fine. However a new folder created after I start Max5 will cause a crash.
