[max5] right-click context menu customization?

April 25, 2008 | 2:45 pm

argh, i’m a little disappointed that several useful (to me) functions in the right-click context menu have been moved to the Object menu, albeit with keyboard shortcuts, but it would be more useful to me to be able to add things to the right-click context menu, e.g., Hide and Show on Lock.

That is all…

Nice little discussion you’ve been having here :-)

Note that maxinterface.json gets updated with every install of Max, so
you’ll want to have a copy of your modified file saved somewhere that
the Max installer won’t nuke it.

Then you’ll probably want a good text diff tool to apply your changes
next time Max gets updated.
