Can anyone tell me if you can use pduino patches with Lilypad modified for an xbee?

I am using an xbee Explorer (usb connection) connected to my Mac as the input module and the Lilypad xbee as the output.

I have a function patch using a regular arduino board that is interfaces with a pduino patch. Seems I should be able to replace the old arduino board with the lilypad pretty easily.
