I have no clue why this happens but my MIDI controller will just stop working for no apparent reason. I have gone into Audio MIDI Setup and tested to make sure that it's connected and the computer is reading it. I have gone into Max's MIDI setup and made sure my keyboard is connected properly, and I'm referring to it using the right letter. It was working for one patch, then I created a new patch (one I had played MIDI on before) and it is not working. I reopened the previous patch that MIDI had been working on and now it's not working on that one either. My keyboard is connected. Nothing has changed except the patch. I have quit MaxMSP and reloaded it again and MIDI is still not working. I repeat, my keyboard is connected. What could be causing this??? It's so frustrating!
