midi controllers and radial
i've really enjoyed greg's "getting around in radial" series. nice to know i had most of this down already, but one big gap in my knowledge is how to integrate live sounds via midi, and also just general external midi control, so part 3 has my full attention! curious what all everyone is using (those who have taken this leap) in the way of controllers. has anyone tried this one:
i caught daedalus playing with one of these last year, & began to fantasize what such a controller could do with radial. although the 40h is no longer in production, they've got a new unit in the works

I played with one, but personally found sliders preferable for what I do.
I'm still solidly a Motormix guy for its balance of button and slider and dial.

yes, it's certainly not cheap- because they're handmade in limited numbers, i imagine the economies of scale don't factor in much. i love the design though. do wish there were the possibility of adding knobs/sliders- some people have done a few mods to them, but this only adds to $$.
how would one go about setting up multiple controllers for radial- is that even possible? i could see using something like a 40h for fast switching functions and a more conventional knob/slider control for parameter adjustment...

getting back to this- what would be involved in setting up multiple controllers for radial, assuming it's possible?
i would think if you have your controllers all going through a master device (say perhaps a few plugged in through midi to a master control that connects via usb) then you could get away with this.
