I’ve put together a pluggo effect that outputs MIDI CC to the Host, in my case Ableton LIVE. This works fine when I load up the VST version of the plug, LIVE recognizes the MIDI Out feature of the plug and lists it as a MIDI source that can be tapped from another track.

The problem: This doesnt work anymore when I load up the AU version of the same plug. LIVE doesnt see its MIDI output anymore. Why is that?
