Miditron – ctlout doesn't go through. Please help!

Dear all,

I am hoping someone will know the answer to my problem. I’m using Miditron microcontroller with MaxMSP/Jitter and i am unable to get digital signal out using “ctlout”. Not even to light a pathetic test LED.

Now, when i open Miditron programmer, i am able to control LED with the “send” option available directly from the programer. However, when i try passing values from my own patch using “ctlout 1″ it just doesn’t happen. My settings are as follows::

From miditron programmer: When i send 0 that turns LED off, and 1 to turn it on.

Term#1 Mode:DigitalOut Channel:1 Command:Control Change Ctrl#1 Ctrl value-low:1 Ctrl value-high:0 Polarity:positive

From Max Patch: ctrl 1 (sending values directly to the left inlet)

Thank you in advance.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) Set ctrl value-high to 1.

2) Make your object ‘ctlout 1 1′. Then send 0/1 into the left inlet.

If that doesn’t work, contact me offlist.

Thank you i will, since the changes didn’t seem to make a difference. The MIDItester runs just fine though.
