Mirroring/kaliedoscope in Jitter/slab (Like jit.rota wrap mode)

October 25, 2006 | 6:06 am

I’m trying to reimplement some older Jitter matrix based patches into OpenGl for speedup.

It’s mostly done but I need to be able to do the jit.rota wrap mode (4) in a videoplane/slab manner to complete it.

I guess I could do multiple videoplanes if needed, but is there a better solution? I thought saw a wrap in the texture messages but could never figure it out.

Help?

thanks!

hve you tried td.rotate.jxs that came with jitter 1.6? If not,
download it if you don’t already have it. If it works straight away,
great. If not, check the archives because depending on your platform
or graphics card, you may need a slightly different version than what
comes with J1.6. Also, the wrap mode of textures only works with
power of 2 textures. to use this, you’ll need to do jit.gl.texture
@rectangle 0. This is a limitation of current GPUs and will be
changing with future OpenGL versions.
