So, in some examples there is a object called
which is not part of Gem,but which is missing.
I already searched in Max object database, and archivers here without succes
-I found only
but no (without the tilda.

[spigot] is a PD object
it is like [gate] in max but the with the left and right inlets swapped:

#P outlet 38 120 15 0;
#P window setfont "Sans Serif" 9.;
#P window linecount 1;
#P newex 38 81 29 196617 gate;
#P inlet 57 46 15 0;
#P inlet 38 46 15 0;
#P comment 38 31 244 196617 spigot in PD is like gate in max , with
inlets swapped;
#P window linecount 2;
#P comment 79 48 134 196617 by sdf 2007 ; samuel.freeman@gmail.com;
#P connect 3 0 4 0;
#P connect 4 0 5 0;
#P connect 2 0 4 1;
#P window clipboard copycount 6;

it’s been while since I looked at PD but that’s how i remember it
