Today when I updated a old patch and want to make a git commit, I found something interesting: the patch saved by Max 6 has an "architecture" key whose value is "x86". Does that mean C74 has an ARM version of Max for iOS (or Android) in development?

The architecture is used to know if the patcher was saved using Max 6.1 in 32 or 64 bits.
