I would like to show the output in realtime on an external screen, however, this is a choice the user makes. He can choose to show it on an external screen or decline that option. Therefore, I need to pass the video and audio through Max using jit.qt.grab and output it with a jit.window. I will not record anything on teh mac, just let it pass through. I managed to get the image on a TV already in real-time. Now I will have to get it into max. I was thinking about getting this: http://www.elgato.com/elgato/int/mainmenu/products/Video-Capture/product1.en.html. is that possible?
