I have noticed the blink time of some leds i use inside some bpatcher are way shorter than the blink time in the original.
When i open the originals and save them again the blink time gets updated automatically and is correct but if i then close the patch and reopen it, again the blink time is way shorter than the original.
What is the deal with patches being different from the original when opened in a bpatcher?
Sometimes UI stuff seems to have different refresh rates or accuracy in multiple open patches, including bpatchers. See if there’s a difference based upon which window is active, whether you then click inside the bpatcher, etc. The Overdrive setting might help (in this case having it off may be better), or some of the performance options (Preferences–maybe Refresh Rate?) might change things.
a GUI object in a bpatche is simply slower than one in the rot
this is the main reason why you should try not to make too deep levels, it is THE big problem with using bpatchers.
