I wonder of there is a way in jitter to load a 3d object and then morph it by i.e. setting control points on the object and pull, push and stretch it. If anyone has done something like that, I would be more than happy if you could share the experience,
otherwise – a loaded 3d object is pretty dead when it first is loaded into Jitter, if you can only rotate it and set it into a new position …
You can do a few things. If you set the matrixoutput attribute to 1
[jit.gl.model my_context @matrixoutput 1] you get a list of
geometry. You can add noise to it, etc.
From my understanding, morphing requires the two .OBJ files to have
the same number of vertices, with the same matrix dimensions.
However, I did just try loading the same OBJ files with matrixoutput
1, and am having some issues, ill try to isolate them.
