mouse down = strat metro, mouse up= no metro

I want to increase or decrease the value of a number box by a plus and a minus button. Ok, with the toggle and metro, i can start the adding but when i want to stop the increase in value, i have to click again on the toggle. How can i make that the toggle only responds on mouse down and when i release the mouse, it stops to add. (i don’t use only bang because you then you would have to click every time for one increase, i want a continuous increase)
