mousefilter leakage

In a thread of last december it was somehow pointed out already that mousefilter in conjunction with some ui objects will pass values twice. Of course, mousefilter will normaly be used with such objects only, but patch below shows, I think, that with non ui objects this fault is not surfacing. This was tested on a g4 powerbook with max 4.6.2 and 4.5.5 with similar results.
