multitouch screen & max (Stantum SMK)

Hi,

I had the chance to put my hands on a Stantum multitouch screens...

here is a small video of my firsts tests with MaxMSP :

For those who don't know,
Stantum is the OEM branch of JazzMutant (mutants->stantum), so the underlying technology is the same as the Lemur/Dexter, but with a more general-purpose industry-focused package.

Damn that JazzMutant, I was hoping this was a real competitor.
At this rate, multitouch interfaces will never be affordable.
Your video had me pretty excited but the 5k price just killed
my buzz.

the dell uses a touch frame from http://www.n-trig.com/
they only sell to big ass corporations

http://www.joyplux.com.tw/english/product/product2.html from Taiwan sell 19"
touch frames for 180$ and 22" for 250$. they also have panels for 42".... .

, hopefully everybody will have one soon and then we can go multifinger on
the MF
