NATO+3d modular

i really want the NATO+3d modular externals, but cannot find them anywhere. its driving me nuts, after a lengthly google sesh, i found that all links are broken, and it seems like it has become a myth!
does anyone know where i can get / pay for these externals?

you are aware that they only work under OS 9 up to Max 4.0 ?
