new to max question trying to fade movie with matrix

new to max question trying to fade movie with matrix

Hello I am new to max I just put a couple of patches toguether and I am trying to fade a quicktime movie with a jit matrix when the isight detects movement.
it is working.
But I do have a problem I would like to reverse the fading that you always see the Matrix and when the camera detects movement you would see the quicktime.
I am using a slider it is posible to reverse it, because jitxfade does not allow me to put the jit matrix in the left input.

after your fader(that is feeding the xfade object), place the object ‘!- 1.’ this will make the output go from 1.0-0.0 instead of 0.0-1.0

after you make the object, just get help on it to see how it does what it does. or read the manual.
