No Highres Video with jit.qt.movie

Hi there!

I desperately need help with this. I have HD-quicktime movies @ 1280 720 in a jit.qt.movie to a jit.window; I got the highquality setting on and adapt 1.
But the videos are only playing at about half the resolution, totally pixelated.
What is the problem? They look perfect when I play them with a quicktime player not in max.

I already read the thread "hires video stutters with jitter", but I couldn’t follow the advice really cos I’m a newbie and my computer crashed as soon as I created a jit.gl.videoplane that I’m not even sure what its good for.
Also I wasn’t sure if the problem is the same as mine, because I have no stutters – only half the resolution that it should have and nothing(newbienothing) works so far.
Pleeease Help!, I need to have the patch working in about two weeks for my diploma.(its not in programming : )

Oh I forgot: I can’t use the directwindow mode because I’m using ms.pinky to control the video with jitter.

using a PC Laptop with 1GB Ram, Radeon X600.

first of all take some chew-Z and relax :-)

then you should post your patch to the list for debuging.

i could playback 1440×1080 codec: Apple HDV 1080i videos on a dual
power mac.
but had to do it direct to window, no tempering at all.

had problems on pc due to missing hdv codec.

Alright I post my patch…Sorry for the delay, got stuck in chicken pox prospects for a ….while…;-)
Actually I couldn’t post anything because the server said "fatal error, no disk space".
So, as I mentioned the patch is for ms.pinky vinyls. It chooses a different mov each time the needle is skipped.
I also checked the standard ms.pinky patch and hi-res seems to work there, so I’m not really sure what I did wrong.
What about the hdv codec?
