I can get no sound from AU DLS under MacOS X 10.6.4 and MaxMSP 5.1.7.

Any idea to solve this ?

I just checked with Max’ MIDI Tester.
Make sure ctrl 7 is set to 127!

I remember I once had to trash Max’ preferences to get sound with the AU DLS, but this was years ago…

That was as stupid as that ! I didn’t know the AU DLS state was kept after computer reboot. Must have played with the volume to show something to my students…
