Is it possible to color an OpenGL rendering without applying a texture? I am working with the TwineBall patch from the Jitter Recipe Book #1 and have attempted to set a color mode and color with objects like prepend colormode but have not found anything successful so far.

The only object I know of with a colormode attribute is jit.gl.texture

and this specifies color format not actual color. Does glcolor or

color not work? Since you've modified the patch, it would be a good

idea to post it so we know exactly what you're talking about. From

your email, I can only guess which probably isn't that helpful.

Perhaps you could clean the patch up a bit and isolate exactly the

problem you're having. This is way too messy to try and figure out.
