This forum is too busy, I am 6 days behind…
Do you mean something like the Jack Audio Plug-ins?

Their only drawback is the lack of support for ProTools…

A RTAS which would give access to core audio would be interesting, but I doubt that digis licenses would allow it (I remember, that cycling had to prevent pluggo from creating wrappers for vst’s…)

I wait for the day its possible to ditch ProTools completely… Ardour isn’t quite there…
