I am working on a Python Multitouch library and I am currently programming a multislider widget similar to the one in Max (which works so nicely by the way).

Mine works well except for mouse interpolation problems :

If I drag too fast, some x/y mouse values will be skipped meaning some of the sliders won't update. The one in Max behaves perfectly. I was wondering if someone knew how the values are interpolated (if that's what they do) for the multislider in Max ?

No worries, I am not coding a competitor to Max, I actually plan on using Max as the Sound engine of our project...

Looks like it does do linear interpolation sections where mouse positions are missing, see this test patch...
