output from a bpatcher

November 28, 2007 | 5:20 pm

this is going to sound like a very stupid question, but i can’t work out from the tutorials how to get output from a bpatcher subpatch – ie if i put an out~ inside the subpatch, it doesnt appear as an outlet on the border of the bpatcher, and i also can’t connect straight from an object inside the subpatch.. thanks for any help.

bpatchers and sub-pathers don’t use out~ or out. they use outlet.
out~ and out are for poly~.

in~ & out~ is used inside poly~.
Insider bpatchers just use inlet and outlet objects to communicate
with the enclosing patcher
