I am trying to achieve some preset interpolation, and have been going aorund in circles for hours. For some reason, neither Max 4.6 or 5.01 want to load any of the pattr objects, due to an error 127. the externals are there, and the help files work ok.

anyone know why this might be? thanks in advance.

Given that error codes are, in general, passed down from the OS, it would be helpful if you would state what system you're running on.

If the error code is really 127 (and not -127) then you're probably on Windows. Take a look at

Search the forums first. Then include system info if you've still got a problem.
