peek~.maxhelp -> writing tab, second button.
It doesn’t work for me: instead of a ramp, I got a constant value in the buffer…
Is it only me (on 3 different Macs) ? It does work with Max6.0!
Works for me with max 6.13, mbp with osx 10.8.4.
Was it not the case that in the first release of 6.1.3 it was broken, and that it was fixed later on? Does it work with a fresh download?
Thanks Stephane & jkvr.
A fresh download did the trick…
It’s really ridiculous. I wonder why c74 didn’t warn their users. Or did they?
Sadly, 6.1.3bis doesn’t correct another weirdness: the number of channels of a buffer is not changed when a file with a different number of channels is loaded (with read or replace). c74′s support didn’t answer me about this… But maybe there is a 6.1.3 ter somewhere…
ah just ran into this peek~ issue. cheers for the heads up on the new download. hopefully it’ll work again.
also poke~ is broken in gen~ and will not be fixed until 6.1.4
