The problem comes from your Gswitch object. I changed the patch to
use a simple jit.matrix to store the image.

that’s not really want i want to Do.
I know jit.xfade, but i want to have Photo and video in same time
And put my video in jit.pwindow where i want.

have (another ?) a look at Jitter tutorials 14 and 16. It’ll show how to do this.

I think this may be more what you are looking for.
There is a really good way to position the movie at some (x,y), but this margin is too small to fit it in.
