i need a custom dial [pictcrl] (0 – 127)

lets say i want to change the appearance only every 4 steps..

is there no way arround creating 32 pictures, then paste them into one picture all next to each other?

if not.. can you suggest any software what so ever that can help me not spending 3 hours on this?
