pitchbend in max???

Sooooo

I have en external controller thats not midi, im scaling the raw data to 0-127 so i can use it as midi. im sending the data ctlout. everyhting is working fine, but i want to automatically route the data to the pitch bend. i see the right inlet is the cc#, but is there something i can put in there to automatically route it to a synths pitchbend, or will i have to do it manually? i know i can assign it a cc#, but is there a GM # for pitchbend? or does max have a pitchbend cc?

thnks

Beware, pitchbend needs a higher resolution than controllers. If your
external controler delivers more, don’t trash it. And then use xbendout
which would keep the high resolution…
