Experienced in Max/MSP but not so skilled in Jitter. I'm wondering if this is possible and what objects I might be able to use to accomplish this: I want to embed a live video feed and track the motion and color transformation of pixels - then output the data as MIDI. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Thanks for that. It is able to track pixel motion and that kind of helps me. I have it working well. Now for the ones that are moving I want to do the following:

1) track alpha change for every moving pixel

2) track x, y position for those pixels within the matrix

I've looked at a few objects for this, but couldn't find one that explicitly does these functions. The whole 'tracking' concept is a bit beyond me.
