I am visual artist that would like to combine live drawing with sound modulation in ableton.

but I don´t know how to program/connect my wacom to midi map in ableton

Do you use your tablet on the same laptop as Ableton ? If that's the case first you have the wacom object that will bring in informations from you tablet. Then you have to sort and route those informations using the route object. You'll have to figure out the min and max values for each parameter 'min' and 'max are your friends and 'scale' or 'zmap' those values to fit the 0-127 range of MIDI values.

If you use two laptops, you'll have to bring in the data from the tablet using OSC with 'udpsend' and 'udpreceive' or a dedicated app like IoR on mac the sort / scale as described above.
