i built a granular sampler in max4live with a poly~ for the granulation which resides in an outer poly~ that controls the midinote voice allocation. changing the number of voices in the inner poly dynamically with the voices msg (i.e. the number of grains that can be played simultaneously) works very well. But if i want to do the same with the outer poly (i.e. the number of midinotes played simultaneously) the sound stops and won't come back again. until now my patch only works when i fix the number of voices of the outer poly~. I wonder if this is bug or if it's technically just not possible right now to dynamically change voices of cascaded poly~ patches.

p.s.: i have no simple patch right now wich simulates this behavior, but its maybe a known issue and this question can be answered quickly..
