Hello to those of the board.
Looking for some guidance on what I am doing wrong.
I am editing an existing patch, one part of the MSP tutorials: 21: Using Poly~.
The patch is: poly_using_signal_input
This controls 16 seperate filter stages using a counter. The frequencies of each filter is a multiple of the fundamental ( Filter 1 = 1 x 100, 2 = 2 x 100, 3 = 3x 100 etc….16 = 16 x 100).
This follows a consonant set of tones through the harmonic spectrum.
I have been attempting to edit the littlefilter patch controlled by Poly~ so that it may produce more dissonant/quarter tonal palette, with increasing gaps between pitch.
eg (Filter 1 = 1 x 100, 2 = 2.12 x 100, 3 = 3.24 x 100, 4 = 4.36 x 100).
The math is defeating me at the moment, any suggestions would b useful.
Cheers.
